How Custom Orders Work ?

We are delighted to offer customized and personalized jewelry orders. Our process for custom orders is simple and customer-focused:

1. Initial Consultation: Start a conversation with one of our expert jewelry designers to discuss your custom design. If you have a specific design in mind, please share a picture with us.

2. Design Creation: We will create a CAD (Computer-Aided Design) of your jewelry and send it to you for confirmation. If any modifications are needed, let us know, and we will adjust the design to meet your requirements.

3. Approval and Production: Once you approve the CAD design, we will proceed with cutting and polishing your Moissanite diamond and begin the jewelry manufacturing process.

4. Finalization and Shipping: When your jewelry is ready, we will share images and videos of the completed piece with you. Upon your approval, we will ship it using an international courier service.

Can I customize a ÉTOILE DIAM design?

Absolutely, most of our designs can be tailored to reflect your unique taste and lifestyle. For instance, you can opt to replace Moissanite with diamonds, sapphires, or emeralds, or change the prong style from traditional to claw.

Simple Customizations

Simple design modifications, such as these, will incur a minimal additional fee.

Extensive Customizations

For more significant changes, such as combining two ring designs, adjusting the size of stones, adding or removing design elements, or creating a custom design image, additional charges will apply. In some cases, the design may be considered fully custom at the designer's discretion.

Do you make men's jewelry?
Yes, We do make men's jewelry on a customized order basis. Please send us an image on etoilediam@gmail.com and we will recreate it for you.
